Only 2% Of $5.4 Billion Pledged For Gaza Actually Delivered

[Ynet] Two months after donors pledged $5.4 billion to help rebuild Gazoo after the war between Israel and Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason,, Paleostinian, UN and other officials say barely 2 percent of the money has been transferred.
No wonder the UN is demanding more pledges.

How odd. Saudi Arabia has been delivering money to Egypt with alacrity -- why the difference?
While the EU and the United States have accelerated some funding that was already in the pipeline, very few new pledges have come to fruition.
