IDF pulls out of Nablus and Ramallah. Yasser still jugged.
Israeli forces pulled out of the battered West Bank cities of Nablus and Ramallah after a three-week occupation that has left scores dead, but Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat remained under close guard in his besieged Ramallah headquarters. Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat slammed the Israeli pull-backs in the West Bank as a facade. "This is lie for television. It doesn't mean anything," he said.Nothing means anything, Saeb.
