Chirlane McCray's pants worn at NYPD cop's funeral were not jeans: fashion designer
Anni Kuan designed the pants that the First Lady wore at the funeral. She said she understands how people would think they're jeans. "It's a very respectful suit you would wear to an important gathering," she said.
