IED explodes in northern Babel
[IraqiNews.com] Two civilians were maimed in northern Babel on Tuesday.
Security source stated to IraqiNews.com "An Adhesive Explosive Device attached to civilian vehicle went off in al-Haswa area of al-Mahaweel district."

"The ambulances hurried to the kaboom scene and sent the injured civilians to the hospital for treatment," the source concluded.
