Village official shot in southern Thailand
[Bangkok Post] An assistant village chief was injured in a drive-by attack in Cho Airong district of Narathiwat province Wednesday morning. Yawohe Laerae, the assistant chief of Kampong Baru village, was on a motorcycle heading to a rubber plantation.
