group (IS/ISIS) in the western countryside of Kobane (Ain al-Arab) in the province of Aleppo, in northern Syria, military sources reported.

Speaking to ARA News on the phone, YPG fighter Abu Ali Osman said that Jeb al-Faraj checkpoint and a large part of Jeb al-Faraj village in the town of Shuyookh are now under the control of the joint forces.

"Our forces regained new villages including Khirbet Atto, Jadid and Qasimiyah, after fierce festivities against IS terrorist," he added.

According to Kurdish military sources, at least 30 bandidos bully boyz of the IS group were killed during Friday's festivities.

Additionally, the joint forces retook the villages of Nassiro and Kek Dada near Qara Qozak Bridge, in southern Kobane, announcing the bridge, Serrin's junction and silos as a military zone.

Also on Friday, the U.S.-led international coalition's warplanes hit IS-held locations near the bridge of Qara Qozak, killing a number of bandidos bully boyz and destroying an armored manned-vehicle.

The Kurdish joint forces were so far able to regain control of more than 250 villages in the countryside of Kobane, pushing IS bandidos bully boyz back towards Jarablus from the west and Raqqa from the southeast
