Boko Haram detains many women in Nigeria's Gwoza

The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... snuffies are detaining dozens of women in the northeastern Gwoza town which the group seized last year, an escapee has said after fleeing the group's grip. "There are many women and ladies in hundreds kept by Boko Haram in some selected houses in Gwoza," Mairo Mohammed, a woman who beat feet from the town, told news hounds late Tuesday in Maiduguri, lovely provincial capital of Borno State.
