4 saboteurs, 9 BNP-Jamaat men held

The arrestees -- aged between 20 and 25 -- are Ivan Khan Imon, Mobarak, Sohel and Idris, said Chandgaon Police Station Officer-in-Charge Sairul Islam. He said they nabbed the four after conducting drives at Faridarpara, Hamidchar, Chasha Colony, Talukdar Bari and Manjurpara areas under their jurisdiction in the city following a tip-off. Day labourers by profession, the four were hired by BNP-Jamaat leaders. They confessed their involvement in different sabotage incidents in the area, added the OC.
