33 Insurgents Killed in Latest Offensive in Helmand
[Tolo News] In the latest offensive, at least 33 Taliban Death Eaters were killed and seven others maimed over the past 24 hours in Sangin district of southern Helmand...an Afghan province populated mostly by Pashtuns, adjacent to Injun country in Pak Balochistan... , the Ministry of Defense (MoD) said in a statement on Tuesday. The recent action of the security forces against Death Eaters was part of Zulfiqar operation continued for about two months in the province. "One soldier was killed in the roadside mine blast while conducting the operation," the statement said, adding eight mines were also defused.
