Russia 'dismayed' by Saudi-led airstrikes on Yemen
[Iran Press TV] Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov says he is "dismayed" that the Saudi-led coalition refrained from consulting the UN Security Council before initiating its attacks against Yemen."Right now (the operation) does not have any foundation in international law. Of course we were a little dismayed, to put it mildly, that the operation was begun without any consultations," AFP quoted Lavrov as saying during an interview on Monday. He added that the even though Russia values its relations with Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula.
