Taliban publishes online biography of Mullah Omar
 [RFE/RL] The Afghan Taliban unexpectedly published a biography of Mullah Omar this week to mark his 19th year at the helm. Published on the militant group's website on April 5 in four languages, the 5,000-word document gives a surprisingly detailed account of the reclusive leader's daily activities and even details of his family and personal life.It also seeks to clarify disputed facts about Omar, who has not appeared in public since the 2001 invasion of Afghanistan, and to dispel rumors of his demise.
