Eight bombings kill six in southern Thailand
[Bangkok Post] Six people were killed and 11 wounded in eight separate bombings from late Friday to Saturday morning in southern Thailand.Six of the bomb attacks took place in Sungai Golok district, Narathiwat province, early Friday morning, the Internal Security Operations Command reported on Saturday. A bomb also went off in front of Top Asia Hotel, injuring eight people. Shortly after midnight, fires broke out in three places, and three people were killed. In Sadao district, Songkhla province, improvised bombs planted in a motorcycle went off in front of a karaoke club, killing three and wounding three more.
