Three Civilians Killed in Kunduz Roadside Mine Blast
[Tolo News] At least three non-combatants were killed in a roadside mine blast early Sunday in northern Kunduz, local officials said.Policemen among 10 others were maimed in the blast. The incident took place about 8 a.m. after a police vehicle struck a roadside mine, resulting in the death of three civilians passing by the area, Dr. Mukhtar said.
