Six militants killed Caucasus counterterror operation
 [RFE/RL] Russian officials said security forces have killed six militants in the republic of Kabardino-Balkaria. The National Antiterrorist Committee said the militants were surrounded in an apartment building on July 23 during a counterterrorism operation in Nalchik, the regional capital.
