No Vacancy for some military retirees at the Edelweiss in Garmisch
 Few surprises here. It's been used as a European Command and NATO conference center for years. As a result, reservations have historically been spotty for lower ranks and retirees. PX/BX shopping was one of the first things to go for retirees. Mind the nationals queuing up at the few remaining U.S. clubs for the 'all-you-can-eat' Sunday brunch. You might get trampled !
