Taliban fired rockets killed two civilians, wounded 12 others in Maidan Wardak
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Two civilians killed and 12 others maimed after rockets fired by the Taliban landed in residential areas in Maidan Wardak province on Sunday.Local officials say one rocket landed in Karokhil village of Sayed Abad District around 10:00 am which left 12 civilians maimed. The target of the rocket was reportedly the nearby security check posts. Three of the victims have been announced being at death's door. The second rocket hit a home in Yousufkhil village of the same district leaving two children killed. Hayatullah Hayat the governor of Maidan Wardak province has strongly condemned the attacks.
