Shootout At Los Angeles Funeral Leaves 1 Critically Injured
 [HOSTED.AP.ORG] A shootout at the Los Angeles funeral for a man rubbed out by the mob has left one person critically maimed.... as long as they were at the funeral home anyway... The Los Angeles Times ( http://lat.ms/1Q9TJdN ) says it happened shortly before noon Wednesday in the parking lot of a South Los Angeles funeral home. A memorial service was being held for 41-year-old Kumase Jefferson, who was shot on Aug. 15 in what's believed to be an ongoing gang war in the area. Police say Jefferson's friends and family were standing in the parking lot when gang rivals approached. Lt. John Jenal says some mourners moved toward the gang members, who opened fire, and some mourners shot back in a running shootout. Some suspects drove away.
