Three NPA militants surrender in Mindanao
Three New People's Army militants have surrendered in Zamboanga del Sur province. Military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Audie Mongao identified the surrenderees as Erme Elnas, Anselma Quijano, and Lodevico Nadal Jr., all are members of the NPA's Western Mindanao Regional Party Committee.Posted by: ryuge 2015-09-07 |
