10 people killed, wounded in bomb blast west of Baghdad
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source in the Iraqi Interior Ministry announced on Wednesday, that ten people were either killed or wounded in a bomb blast west of Baghdad.The source said in an interview to IraqiNews.com, “a bomb exploded, this morning, near shops in al-Shaala area west of Baghdad, resulting in the death of two people and the injury of eight others.” The source, who asked to remain anonymous, added: “the security forces rushed to the area and transported the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment and the bodies of the dead to the forensic medicine department, while an operation was carried out in search for the perpetrators of the bombing.” Posted by: badanov 2015-10-22 |
