Islamic teacher detained as suspect in Thai bombings
[Bangkok Post] A religious teacher was detained by authorities for questioning in connection with a six bombs that shook Khok Pho district in Pattani province on Tuesday night. A combined military and police force on Wednesday night searched a rented house in Muang district of Pattani and took Mahama Tahir to an interrogation center in Nong Chik district for questioning. Images from a security camera showed Mr. Mahama walking at a spot where one of the bombs went off on Tuesday night. The blasts wounded three people.
