Kurds control large parts of Sinjar
(IraqiNews.com) Nineveh – On Sunday, Kurdish security source said, that the Peshmerga forces have gained control over large parts of the district of Sinjar west of Mosul, indicating that the operations are accompanied by a heavy bombardment by the international coalition against ISIS strongholds.The source informed IraqiNews.com, “Peshmerga forces entered the city of Sinjar from several directions since Sunday morning.
