Arab member of Basayev's rebel group detained
The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained an Arab mercenary when he attempted to cross the Russian state border in the North Caucasus, spokesman for the regional headquarters of the anti-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus Gen.
