ATC sentences two terrorists to 14 years in prison
PESHAWAR: Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday sentenced two criminals to 14 years imprisonment each after they were convicted in case regarding possession of explosives. Two culprits, Shah Hussain and Aziz Jamal have been given prison time of 14 years each. Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) had arrested the persons in April this year. The culprits were accused of possessing explosives for terror attacks. The counter-terrorism personnel had also seized weapons and ammunition from their possession. The department had been pursuing the case under Terrorism Act 1997. The culprits have been shifted to Peshawar central jail after their sentencing. Posted by: badanov 2015-12-03 |
