FSB receiving information on possible Basayev sightings
The Federal Security Service is receiving information about possible whereabouts of Chechen terrorist co-leader Shamil Basayev, representative of the regional headquarters for the anti-terrorist campaign in the North Caucasus, Maj. Gen. Ilya Shabalkin, told Interfax on Monday. "The Russian Federal Security Service has received several reports on possible locations of persons who looked like Basayev.
