8 civilians die in Baghdad bomb attack
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – A source in the Iraqi Interior Ministry announced on Thursday, that eight people had been either killed or wounded in a bomb blast southeast of Baghdad.The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “This afternoon, a bomb exploded near shops at the Institute Street in Zaafaraniya area southeast of Baghdad, resulting in the death of one person and wounding seven others.” The source, who asked not to be named, added: “A security force rushed to the area and transported the wounded to a nearby hospital for treatment and the body of the dead man to the forensic medicine department.” Posted by: badanov 2015-12-11 |
