ISIS threatens to attack Saudi Arabia
[ARA News] ALEPPO – The Islamic State group (ISIS) threatened on Saturday to launch attacks on Saudi Arabia for cooperating with “crusaders” against the ISIS self-declared Caliphate.
This comes after Saudi Arabia announced the establishment of an Islamic coalition that includes 34 states to fight ISIS militants in the region.
Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has said the new coalition will be headquartered in Riyadh “to coordinate mutual anti-terrorism assistance across the Islamic world”.
In an statement by the group’s media center, ISIS described the member states of the Saudi-led coalition as “morons” and “fools”.
“With permission from Allah, this alliance will be the beginning of the collapse of the governments of the oppressive tyrants in the lands of Islam,” ISIS said in its weekly publication, that usually covers the group’s military activities.
