Army stresses 'zero tolerance' for terrorist groups

"Lauding recent phenomenal successes of security/intelligence agencies in intelligence-based operations for breaking the terror nexus across the country, COAS reiterated zero tolerance for terrorist organizations and directed all concerned to continue focused efforts till sustainable peace and security was achieved," an ISPR statement issued on Wednesday after a corps commanders conference said. The meeting focused on the developments in Afghanistan and the reconciliation process there; and counter-terrorism efforts at home, according to a source.
