Stabbing thwarted as attacker shot dead by IDF
[IsraelTimes] Assailant tries to stab IDF soldier near Hebron; in separate incident, Paleostinian reportedly rubbed out in clash near BethlehemA Paleostinian man tried to stab a soldier near the Beit Anun junction in the Hebron area on Tuesday. The man rushed an IDF patrol brandishing a knife. The soldiers opened fire, killing the attacker. The soldiers were not hurt, the IDF said. In a separate incident, Paleostinian media reports that a 21-year-old Paleostinian was rubbed out by IDF forces during festivities in the town of Beit Jala, which lies between Jerusalem and Bethlehem.
