's Charsadda Wednesday is Umar Mansoor, the de facto operational head of TTP in KP. Journalist Hasan Abdullah tells Dawn.com Mansoor is the faction's commander specifically in Charsadda, Darra Adam Khel, Noshera and surrounding areas.
