ICRC suspends operation in Ghazni
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] International Committee of the Red Thingy (ICRC) has suspended its operation in central Ghazni province.ICRC says the decision was taken following the abduction of its local staffers by unidentified gunnies in this province. Ahmad Ramin Ayaz, ICRC spokesperson has told BBC that the five staff members were kidnapped while they were traveling between two districts.
