Iraqis arrest ISIS prince in Nineveh

Couldn't even sing one chorus.(IraqiNews.com) Najaf – On Sunday the Anti-Terrorism and Intelligence Directorate announced the arrest of an ISIS prince in the province, while pointed out that the detainee admitted killing four Turkmen and destroying Husseiniyah shrines in the province. The directorate said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces in Najaf province managed to arrest an ISIS prince from the residents of Nineveh Province,” noting that, “The detainee was a prince over a group within ISIS called Shaml Shafiq.” The statement added, “The detainee confessed to belonging to ISIS in September 2014,” pointing out that, “The criminal admitted killing four Iraqi Turkmen as well as participating in the displacement of Shiite and Christian families and planning to blow up four Husseiniyah shrines.” Posted by: badanov 2016-02-22 |
