Rangers arrest 'RAW agents' from Karachi

Colonel Shahid has revealed that spies trained by Indian Secret Agency RAW have been jugged You have the right to remain silent... , Waqt News reported. "The arrested have accepted to getting training from RAW," he said, adding that the alleged RAW agents went to India through Sri Lanka. While talking to media outside Sindh High Court, the colonel said companions of the culprits have also admitted to having been trained by the Indian Agency. "The arrested were involved in several kabooms and grenade attacks in Karachi," he said. "They attacked on Lee and Baloch Market and attacked Machis Street by a grenade. Several people have got injured and died due to these attacks. The colonel revealed that the alleged spies were trained in making time bombs in India. The colonel further said the arrested spies had been involved in attack on Sindh Secretariat where 8 to 10 rockets were fired. "We have remained successful in arresting these culprits with the support of public," he said. "The people have played an important role by calling 1122 and giving information about the terrorists."
