Dostum vows to avenge the beheading of 2 Afghan soldiers by militants
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] Vice President General Abdul Rashid Dostum...ethnic Uzbek warlord who distinguished himself fighting the Soviets and the Taliban. The story that he had a bad guy run over with a tank is an exaggeration. It was an armored personnel carrier... has vowed to avenge the brutal murder of two Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers by anti-government armed murderous Moslems. He was speaking to news hounds and local residents following his arrival to northern Faryab province to lead counter-terrorism clearance operations. Gen. Dostum said the gunnies beheaded the two soldiers after capturing them in Faryab province, calling the murderers of the two soldiers as ‘butchers’. He said the gunnies involved in the brutal killing of the soldiers will soon be placed in durance vile Please don't kill me! by the security forces. Gen. Dostum further added that twenty villages have been cleared from the gunnies presence since the clearance operations were launched. He also added that 120 murderous Moslems, including foreign gunnies have surrendered to the security forces in Khwajah Sabs Posh district. The First Vice President joined the Afghan cops to lead counter-terrorism operations in northern Jawzjan province and arrived to Faryab province after supervising operations in Qosh Tapa and Darzab districts. Gen. Dostum has said he will travel to northern Sar-e-Pul, Takhar and Kunduz provinces once the operations are concluded in Faryab province. his is the third time Gen. Dostum is joining the Afghan forces to clear parts of northern provinces from the gunnies presence. Gen. Dostum first joined the Afghan cops in the frontline in northern Faryab province earlier in the month of August last where he survived at least two liquidation plots by the anti-government armed murderous Moslem groups while he was leading counter-terrorism operations.
