Nangarhar is Haqqani country.. province. Nangarhar police spokesperson said on Tuesday that the air strike was carried out in Shabi Kandaw area of Haska Mina district yesterday. According to Colonel Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal, weapons and ammunition of the group were also destroyed in bombing. Nangarhar is the stronghold of Daesh [Islamic State] in the eastern part of the country where the group is trying to establish a base of operations in its rugged mountains.
