Mahalawi said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Military reinforcements belonging to the Anti-Terrorism Directorate arrived from Dhi Qar Province to al-Hamidiya and Albu Obeid areas east of Ramadi.” “These troops will join the army’s 8th and 10th brigades, as well as the tribal fighters to retake Khalidiya Island from ISIS,” Mahalawi added. ISIS leader dies in airstrike near Kabisa (IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – A security source in Anbar province said on Wednesday, that the so-called ISIS Wali of Kabisa District had been killed in an aerial strike by the international coalition west of Ramadi.
