province, Dawn News reported on Thursday.

The report further states that strict security measures were taken during the raid by Law enforcement agencies (LEAs) at a compound in Pashtunabad area where the faceless myrmidons were residing.

A bigwig has told Dawn on condition of anonymity that the men were shifted to some holy man's guesthouse an undisclosed location for interrogation.

Sleeping bags, boots and administrative objects were also recovered from the possession of the detained men, the media report adds.

"It is premature to say something about the arrest of any high profile leader among them", the official has been quoted as saying.

Pashtoonabad which houses a large number of Afghan refugees since three decades is located in the eastern part of Quetta.

Dawn report further states that several raids have been conducted in the area and suspects arrested from there in the past.
