41 militants killed in clearance operations led by Afghan army
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] At least 41 anti-government armed bully boyz were killed in the latest counter-terrorism operations led by the Afghan National Army (ANA) forces in the past 24 hours.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said at least 36 others were maimed and a suspected holy warrior was jugged

A statement by MoD said at least 15 of the bully boyz were killed in Chora and Herawood districts of Uruzgan province and 12 others including a commander of the group were maimed.

The statement further added that 6 bully boyz were killed and 11 others were maimed in an operation in Darqad district of northeastern Takhar province.

At least 3 bully boyz were killed and 2 others were maimed in a separate operation in Dand-e-Shahbuddin district of Baghlan province, MoD said, adding that 4 others were killed and another suspect was held in Kot district of Nangarhar
