2 Iraqi militia die in Diyala
(IraqiNews.com) Diyali – A local source in Diyali province said on Monday, that two tribal fighters were killed in an armed attack by ISIS on a security post northeast of Baqubah.The source, who asked anonymity, reported for IraqiNews.com, “This morning, militants belonging to the ISIS attacked a security checkpoint near the village of Albu Musa (42 km northeast of Baqubah), resulting in the death of two fighters with al-Hashed al-A’asha’ri [militia],” adding that, “The security authorities opened an investigation into the incident, while transferred the two dead bodies to the forensic medicine authority.” Posted by: badanov 2016-03-22 |
