Taliban offensive to seize control of Kunduz city repulsed
[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan national security forces have repulsed an offensive by the Talibs to seize control of the strategic Kunduz city, local officials said Friday.Provincial police chief General Mohammad Qasim Jangalbagh said the Talibs launched coordinated attack on Kunduz city and other nearby districts in the early hours of Friday morning. He said at least 40 Taliban turbans were killed after the attack was repulsed by the Afghan cops in the outskirts of Kunduz city and at least six other districts. The Talibs seized the control of the city late in mid-2015 after launched coordinated attacks on the city. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... the Afghan Special Operations Forces have retaken the control of Kunduz city from the Talibs earlier in the month of October after the city was in control of the snuffies for almost a week. The Taliban turbans were accused of horrific criminal activities after they seized control of the city, including murders, rape, kidnappings, use of civilians as shields, looting of public and private properties. The Independent Human Rights Commission of Afghanistan said at least 50 non-combatants were killed and over 350 others were maimed. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... the rights organization said the number could be relatively higher as AIHRC said their statistics was based on hospital reports and several others had not been taken to hospital after they were killed or injured.
