The commander of Karmat Fallujah brigade, Colonel Khamis Bahr Halbusi, said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “Today the security forces from the army, police and tribal fighters began a military operation to liberate the areas of al-Karma District,” pointing out that, “22 ISIS fighters were killed during the operation.” Halbusi added, “The joint forces are advancing in the areas of Karma Fallujah,” indicating that, “ISIS militants retreated due to the violent confrontations and battles.” 4 ISIS Bad Guys have a Very Bad Day (IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The commander of Anbar Operations Major General Ismail al-Mahalawi announced on Wednesday, that four ISIS members were killed by coalition aviation bombardment east of Ramadi. Mahalawi said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition aviation in coordination with Anbar Operations bombarded ISIS hideout near the Japanese Bridge east of Ramadi.” Mahalawi added, “The bombardment was carried out based on accurate intelligence information,” pointing out that, “The bombardment resulted in the destruction of the hideout, as well as killing four ISIS members inside it.” Iraqi forces liberate 3 villages in al-Karma (IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The leader within al-Hashed militia, Juma Fazah Jumaily, announced on Wednesday liberating three villages in the northern part of al-Karma in Anbar Province. Jumaily said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “A force from the army, backed by tribal fighters, had managed to liberate the villages of al-Rovah, Doaah al-Sharqiya and Doaah al-Gharbiya in the northern part of al-Karma (53 km east of Ramadi),” noting that, “The liberation process came after a tactical operation had started this morning.” Jumaili also added, “The operation resulted in the death of dozens of ISIS elements in addition to inflicting big material and human losses upon them,” pointing out that, “The operation was a prelude to liberating the entire [area] of al-Karma as well as the city of Fallujah.” ISIS Top Dawg, 9 others die (IraqiNews.com) Anbar – The leadership of al-Hashed al-Shaabi in Anbar Province announced on Wednesday, that the so-called ISIS military official was killed in the cleansing battles of al-Karma District east of Fallujah, along with nine of his assistants. The commander of Karmat Fallujah brigade, Colonel Juma Fazaa Jumaili, said in a press statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces managed to kill the so-called ISIS military official and nine of his associates during the cleansing battles of al-Dawaya area in Karma District. “The cleansing battles also resulted in the destruction of three ISIS vehicles,” the statement added. ISIS artillery hits residences in al-Baghdadi (IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – Member of al-Baghdadi District Council in Anbar Province, Abdul-Jabbar al-Obeidi, said on Wednesday, that the ISIS militants had shelled intensively the residential area in al-Baghdadi vicinity west of Ramadi.
