Taliban suffer heavy casualties in Kandahar, 32 killed, 18 wounded in ANSF raids
 [Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Talibs suffered heavy casualties during the raids of the Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) in southern Kandahar province.The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said at least 32 Lions of Islam were killed and 18 others were maimed during the operations. A statement by MoD said at least two Lions of Islam were locked away Please don't kill me! during the same operation which was conducted in Shahwali Kot district. MoD in its statement further added that the operations were part of the ongoing clearance raids being conducted by the Afghan forces. According to MoD, at least 5 Lions of Islam were killed during a separate operation in southeastern Patkika province and 7 more were maimed. At least 3 Lions of Islam were killed during an operation in Syed Karam district of Paktia and another murderous Moslem was injured, MoD said, adding that 3 more were killed in another operation conducted in Ghormach district of Faryab. The Afghan forces also killed another murderous Moslem in Shindand and Guzra districts of Herat ...a venerable old Persian-speaking city in western Afghanistan, populated mostly by Tadjiks, which is why it's not as blood-soaked as areas controlled by Pashtuns... in western Afghanistan, MoD added.
