CTD arrests two militants
[DAWN] LAHORE: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) police nabbedDrop the gat, Rocky, or you're a dead 'un! on Wednesday two suspected snuffies linked with Al Qaeda and the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (IMU). A spokesperson for the CTD said a police team after receiving information about the presence of the snuffies raided a football ground in Gulshan Ravi. The police team arrested two suspects, identified as Umer Khayam and Nazir Ahmad, who were planning to attack government buildings in Lahore.
