Syrian Army Advances in Raqqa Western Countryside
[ENGLISH.ALMANAR.LB] The Syrian army controlled the oil and power facilities in Tabaqa city in the western countryside of Raqqa province.The Syrian army had regained controlled over Rasafa-Tabaqa road in Raqqa western countryside, defeating ISIS terrorists. ISIS was also struck in Aleppo northern countryside, after the so-called "Syria Democratic Troops" besieged Manbej city completely. In Tufeil near the Lebanese-Syrian border, the terrorist groups of Al-Nusra Front (Qaeda branch in the Levant) and the so-called Free Syrian Army ... the more palatable version of the Syrian insurgency, heavily influenced by the Moslem Brüderbund... (FSA) and "Ahrar al-Sham ...a Syria jihadi group made up of Islamists and salafists, not that there's that much difference, formed into a brigade. They make up the main element of the Islamic Front but they don't profess adoration of al-Qaeda and they've been fighting (mainly for survival) against the Islamic State.
