Iraqi forces arrest 31 wanted persons in Basra Province(IraqiNews.com) Basra – Basra Police Command announced on Friday arresting 31 wanted individuals on various criminal charges during a security campaign in different areas of the province. In a press statement, a copy of which was received by IraqiNews.com, Basra Police said, “Police forces carried out a security campaign in different areas of the province to hunt down wanted [persons] and criminal gangs,” noting that, “The campaign resulted in the arrest of 31 wanted individuals on various criminal charges,” adding also that, “The arrest [warrants] included a wanted person on charges of terrorism and [others] on theft and forgery charges.” Posted by: badanov 2016-07-02 |
