CLE changing RNC security plan following shootings of Dallas police
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams on Friday said that the city would be making changes to its security plan for the Republican National Convention following the sniper killings of five police officers after a protest in Dallas.
