Accused burglar found dead, tied to tree in Alabama
LEROY, AL. -- An Alabama homeowner is being questioned, after an accused burglar is found dead and tied to a tree.
When Nate sez 'shut up' you shut up damn it !
Deputies say 68-year-old Nathaniel Johnson caught the suspect breaking in, so he tackled him and tied him to the tree. Johnson told the Washington County Sheriff's Office he used electrical wires to tie up 31-year-old Cleveland Gulley.

According to WKRG-TV, Gulley would not stop talking, so Johnson put duct tape over his mouth and went to his neighbor to get help.

When investigators arrived about 15 minutes later, Gulley was dead. That's when he said he went to go to a neighbor's and call for help.

When deputies arrived, the accused thief was dead.
