DNA test confirms Gulshan attackers’ identities
[Dhaka Tribune] The identities of the five holy warriors involved in the deadly terror attack on Holey Artisan Bakery in Gulshan, Dhaka have been confirmed through DNA testsDeputy Commissioner Masudur Rahman of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) made the announcement yesterday afternoon. "The five attackers were identified previously, but their identities have been confirmed after matching their DNA with their family members," he told news hounds at his office. DMP’s Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crimes (CTTC) unit received the results of the DNA tests on Monday, according to which the DNA of each murderous Moslem matched with the sample provided by their family members, the deputy commissioner said.
