3 hurt in Grenade attack in Mogadishu
At least 3 people are confirmed wounded in a grenade attack in Mogadishu, Somali capital on Monday as the city is expected to host IGAD heads of states next week.
A witness has confirmed the attack to Radio Shabelle, saying it happened after assailants hurled grenade on a tea-shop at Towfiq unction.
“The bombed was targeted government soldiers at the tea-shop in Towfiq intersection, injuring at least three unarmed civilians,” the witness said.
The attackers have managed to escape from the scene of the blast, before police arrived and launched a manhunt for th suspects, according to the witness.
