two foreign nationals on suspicion of spreading online propaganda for international terror organizations.

The Moldovan Intelligence Service said in a statement Tuesday that organized crime prosecutors had identified and detained the men, aged 18 and 46, as part of Moldova's anti-terrorism measures.

Prosecutors found propaganda material and other documents in the place they were living in Chisinau. The men, who were not identified, had been under surveillance for some time. The statement said they admitted wrongdoing. It did not say when they were arrested.

Tajikistan investigates threats by ISIS

[Ynet] Tajikistan's security services are investigating unspecified threats of action this month purportedly made by a former commander of the Central Asian nation's elite police force who has defected to ISIS, security sources said on Tuesday.

Colonel Gulmurod Khalimov,

who has gone through special forces training in Russia and the United States, joined the turban group last May.

Last week, Washington offered a reward of up to $3 million for information leading to the location, arrest, and conviction of Khalimov, describing him as "a key leader" of the Syria- and Iraq-based group.
