Iraqi forces capture Mashak village(IraqiNews.com) Salahuddin – The Governor of Salahuddin Ahmed al-Jabouri on Sunday announced that the security forces liberated al-Mashak villaged, north of Tikrit, and raised the Iraqi flag over its police station. “The security forces and Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi liberated al-Mashak village in Baiji district, north of Tikrit,” Jabouri said. Jabouri also added, “These forces raised the Iraqi flag over the police station of the village.” Yesterday, the Governor of Salahuddin Ahmed al-Jabouri announced liberating Azawi vicinity in southern Sharqat, which represented the last stronghold of ISIS in the province, and called the government to exercise more efforts to reconstruct the province and provide aid to its displaced people.
